Orders are processed after payment or order confirmation is successfully completed.
If there is a problem with your order, such as an unavailable item, incomplete address, or payment issue, we may contact you before shipping or delivery.
United States Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States.
Orders are shipped through USPS and are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Delivery times depend on the destination and USPS service availability. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking
For U.S. orders shipped through USPS, tracking information will be provided when available.
Qatar local deliveries may not include online tracking, but customers may contact our customer service team for delivery assistance.
Lost or Delayed U.S. Packages
If your USPS tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the shipment status.
Please note that once a package has been transferred to USPS, delivery timing is also subject to the carrier's operations and circumstances outside our control.
Doha, Qatar — Free Same-Day Delivery
We offer free local delivery within Doha and our regular Doha delivery area.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Qatar time are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct so our driver can contact you if necessary.
Qatar Delivery Area
Our local delivery service is currently limited to Doha and nearby areas within our regular delivery zone.
Delivery is currently not available to distant areas of Qatar, including locations such as Dukhan or areas near the Saudi Arabia border.
