What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
If you don’t absolutely love your product, then we are here for you whether you want to return it or exchange it.
- Our return and exchange policy is for 90 days after you receive your product.
- Please make sure the items are in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- There is a refund fee of $7.95 for all returns which will be deducted from your refund.
- One return/exchange is accepted per customer per item.
- The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Curvy n Cute.
How Do I start a Return or Exchange?
Returns with Curvy n Cute are super easy. All you have to do is email us at info@curvyncute.com and we’ll send you a return label for you to ship the item back to us. In your return request email, please provide your order number, the item you wish to return/exchange along with the reason of returning. We only ask for the return reason so we can better serve our customers.
