    1. How can I check the status of my order?


    We'll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email with tracking information when your order ships. You can also sign into your account anytime to see the status of your order.

    2. How can I update or cancel an order?


    If you'd like to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at info@curvyncute.com. Please note that if an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don't want to keep.

    3. What if an item is on back order?


    We usually restock back order items within 4 weeks. You are also welcome to email us at info@curvyncute.com to ask about a specific date the item will be back in stock.

    4. How long till my order is shipped?


    Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Returns/Exchanges

    5. How do I return an item?


    If you don’t like your item and would like to return it within 90 days of your purchase, please email us at info@curvyncute.com, our customer service will email you a return label so you can return your item. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse and inspect it for any damage then we will issue the refund within 7 business day. Once your refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
    Please note that return items must be unworn, and in the condition, you received them with tags attached. You are responsible for shipping charges.

    7. Can I exchange an item?


    Yes, if you like to exchange an item within 90 days of your delivery, please email us at info@curvyncute.com with your order number and the new item you would like to get.
    Please note that return items must be unworn, and in the condition, you received them with tags attached. You are responsible for shipping charges.
